Phases and activities

1. Network building

Consolidate a transnational and regional-level cooperation network made up of the partners from the projects and regional social and economic agents or of entities operating in the labour market from each country.

3. .Dissemination, Information and awareness rising

For dissemination Wieq project has establish a communication strategy so as to transfer the results of the project.

In order to impulse the transferability of the identified best practices, an international Conference will be prepared for May 2009.

2. Exchange best practices with regards to the quality of employment.

The identification of best practices and experiences will be completed with a serie of workshops at regional level. These workshops will count with the partipation of the key stakeholders at regional level.

The workshops will be developed in different phases to reflect about the key topics or dimensions in which the project would be concentrated:

  • Professional Development
  • Non Discrimination or Diversity Management
  • Conciliation of Personal and Working Life
  • Compensation and Salaries
  • Health and Safety

Using this dimensions defined by experts Committee as a reference, the partners involved in the project will proceed to the identification of best practices that exist at regional, national and international level.

According to a four-level approach: Follow-up, resolution, result and impact.
